My 89 year old mother's 2 year old Samsung refrig has had the same problem since oct 2017 - water and ice in the vegetable bins. Technicians have come out 9 times in 5 months - replaced many parts and the refrig still has the same water and ice problem.

Warrantech refuses to replace this lemon unit and claims that each repair is a different problem and therefore doesn't qualify under their 4 problem in 12 month period rule. I elevated my call to Sandra and she told me to seek legal action if I want since they see no problem with the refrig or how they are handling the service contract.

DO NOT BUY from PACIFIC SALES and never buy anything from WARRANTECH. BTW - a friend bought a similar Samsung unit from HomeDepot with an extended warranty - the unit broke and was replaced within a week.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.
