Pacific Sales - Buyer beware
Purchased refrigerator and 3 weeks later the coldest the frig got was 72. Pacific Sales does not assist in problems, but tells you to contact their support team. Support team says they only guarantee replacing the refrigerator for 14 days. They would send a service person out. I declined and said that this refrigerator was a lemon and I wanted a new one. Let's see what happens...

I just experienced the worst two months of customer service, and delivery of six appliances t in my 67 year life. Two of the appliances never showed up and they order is now canceled.

pacific sales was my go to appliance dealer for 30 years three homes and a condo so I have some experience with them. Recently, I ordered six appliances for an empty kitchen.

They gave me good delivery dates on all of them charged my credit card $10,000 and then rescheduled every single delivery out and sometimes way out all on different days different months and one they couldnt even give a delivery date out and yet Ive already paid for it. The contractors they hire to deliver and install major appliances are the worst. They pay these poor guys absolutely nothing so they get the drags. If you want a bunch of surly, smelly, illiterate, *** types in your house, then please order from Pacific sales.

Best Buy has absolutely ruined Pacific sales. I would rather have bamboo shoots, stuck under my fingernails and order anything from them ever again, and I can assure you I wont.

Pacific Sales - Complaint

We spent over $17,000 in kitchen appliances on 11/26/2021 and we are still waiting on the delivery of the Viking oven. We have never been contacted and whenever we contact the store they give us delivery dates and excuse why we havent received it.

They tell us we have been notified by email on status of oven and we have not been receiving any notification nor any communication from the pacific sales store in Chatsworth. We called the store on 8/10/22 and spoke with the store manager Scott who refused to give me his last name. He informed us that he had 3 other customers waiting for the same oven and he didnt know that we were also waiting on the delivery of this same oven. We told him how upset and inconvenienced we were.

He told us that they were expecting the oven on Sept 2 and we might get it.

Its Sept 3rd and again we have not been notified and we still havent received our oven. Worst customer service!!!

Trying to get reimbursed for my fire tv that I bought in racine Wisconsin

If I turn off my tv it comes back on all by itself. I press the volume switch and nothing happens i press another button and the volume goes up to one hundred can't get my guide to work unless I play with it for an hour. Not happy with this product at all

Getting the run around every time

My husband and I purchased all new Bosch appliances at Pacific Sales in Thousand Oaks in April 2021. Our wall oven was supposed to arrive at the end of July 2021.

It didn't. We went into the store and were told that it was now arriving in August 2021. August comes around, the date changes to September 2021. This despite receiving a call from their warehouse that the oven had arrived.

We kept going in and kept getting the run around. One of their people even told us that sometimes the delivery guys will sell someone else's order to a customer who hands them some money to get it sooner. Think about that for a minute. Now it is January 2022 and we still have no oven.

When asked, they accidentally said that other people were getting their ovens, so we should get ours soon. Really?! We had been told previously that we were the first on the list to get one. It has now been over 9 months and we are no closer to having the oven.

And they have a passive-aggressive clerk there that tells us, "You need to go talk to so-and-so," then that person says no, we need to go talk to the clerk.

What a waste of our time, money and effort. I do NOT recommend them if you want to actually have what you paid for and you value your time!

Waiting a Year for refrigerator now they are tell me another 8 months

I purchased close to $30k in Viking appliances back in January and the refrigerator was back ordered. The PS manager told me two months i was at the top of the list to receive the first Viking refrigerator. Delivery appointment was set for March two days before delivery got a call appointment was canceled. This proceeded to occur two more times were the delivery was set and canceled. Just today received a call that Saturdays scheduled delivery is canceled and also i am #9 in line to receive the refrigerator and should expect delivery next April. Is this a game ? Pacific has $11k of my money for close to a year. Can i get an honest answer from anyone at PS ? it might be time to return all my appliance and get my $28k back.

Have my items kept in the stockroom sold to another customer

Back in 05/21 we bought 3 items all paid off and had them kept in the stockroom to be delivered in Aug. One week before the delivery date, we were told only 1 item was available, the others 2 were still pending which would be available on 09/15. Yesterday, I called and was informed they were still pending until the end of Oct. I was so upset since they were belonged to us and that store not allowed to sale to somebody else, so I called the company to complain with no prevail . .After spending more than an hour with the representative the only option I have is either waiting for the order to come in or getting a refund!,, Please stay away from this company. Its not trusted.

Having a problem getting anyone to help me regarding my warranty

Ive been trying for 2 1/2 hours to talk to a human. I have left three messages with the Corona Pacific Sales on Pico Street in Corona. I want to talk to a human being please. My microwave SKU 486**** was delivered on 8/30/17. The SKU number for the 4 year microwave GSP model 4YR 500-599.99 is 996****. Best Buys, the Geek Squad State I called WarrenTech, and WarrenTech states I call Best Buys. I have called Pacific Sales with no response. The order number is 111718****208. The order date was 6/30/2017; the delivery date was 8/30/2017. We purchased it from a Cindy. Corona, but it says sale associate

Preferred solution: I want to get a repair person to look st my Dacor 24” Microwave. When I use it the moisture and water drips is so great it drips down the front of the microwave and down my Dacor oven when I open the door.

Frig stops working
