Pacific Sales - Warranty worthless
Bought $12,000 kitchen appliances from Mount Laurel, NJ Pacific Sales in Best Buy. Paid over $750 for extended warranty on the appliances which they wrote down was for the Geek Squad.
Recently the Samsung high end fridge was not keeping a safe cool temperature for food storage so we called Geek who said to call Pacific Sales. We were then told to call WarrenTech but never got a response after 5 calls. Then Pacific Sales told me that they fired WarrenTech and went with Geek. We have waited over a month for warranty service we paid for.
We are still waiting and so we asked for a refund on the money we paid for the useless warranty. Pacific Sales Is content to have me to between WarrenTech and Geek but not willing to offer the warranty service I paid money for.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $750.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
